Join us on the beautiful grounds of Bellbrae Estate for Pilates and Wine. This 60 minute Pilates class will be an energising and uplifting class incorporating traditional mat work and some fun variations. Focusing on mindful movement to destress, lengthen and strengthen. The session will wrap up with a meditation to get you set for the week ahead.
After the class we will celebrate with a beautiful wine from Bellbrae Estate and shared charcuterie board.
What is included:
-60 minute Pilates class
-Shared bottle of wine and charcuterie board between 4 people

What to bring:
- Yoga mat and a small towel to roll up that can be used as a pillow.

This event is outdoors and there is no provision to do undercover. Please understand if rain is forecast we will do our best to make this event work. However, if severe weather warning forecast this event will need to be postponed.
